LLForge Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LLForge. Every piece we create is hand-forged with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility & Time Frame

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return

Email mike@llforge.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We’ll respond within 3 business days to approve or decline the request.

If approved, we’ll send you detailed return shipping instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip inside your return package.
3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll receive an update within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

You may request an exchange or store credit instead of a refund if preferred.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact mike@llforge.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the normal processing time:

Check your bank account or credit card statement.

Contact your card issuer — it may take additional time before your refund officially posts.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email mike@llforge.com for assistance.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom, commissioned, or personalized knives and metalwork

Gift cards or digital downloads

Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
7. Return Shipping & Responsibility

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
