Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All LLForge products are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on current workload and customization options. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking information.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries via USPS International Ground Advantage. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mike@llforge.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue promptly.
Made-to-Order Items
Because each knife is custom-forged, production timelines may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience — your piece is worth the wait.
