Charlie forged a beautiful knife from a damascus cut-off and made a hand stitched leather sheath.
This is the billet cut-off that Charlie used to forge his knife from A very busy day at the forge with a knife forging project and a more traditional blacksmithing project making a wind chime. Charlie was able to stay focused and forged and finished his blade and sheath despite the chaos of the busy shop. Great job Charlie!

Dragons, magic, and wands. Jack spent his 7th birthday at the forge making a hand forged wand.
Jack with his hand forged wand from 5/8" mild steel with a quartz stone in the handle, Quartz stone wrapped in steel prongs to make the handle of Jack's wand. Jack drawing out the steel to make the tip of his wand. with his father's assistance Jack is putting the twists in the handle of his wand. That's me bending the forks around the quartz stone in the handle.

Rob spent a family day at the forge with his sons, Adam, Kyle and Glen making Railroad Spike Knives.

Joe made a chef's knife with a forged finish and Kudu scales. He used the "Wicked Edge" controlled angle sharpener to put a razor sharp edge on his blade that glidede through paper. Jordan made a hunting knife with a gut hook, "Honey Nugget" composite scales and a hand made leather sheath.
